puli kozhambu

soak tamarind
12:30 PM
fry mustard, methi seeds, curry leaves, hing 12:30 PM
and lil bit of urad dhal 12:30 PM
then add onins salt and turmeric 12:31 PM
then add tomatoes 12:31 PM
and chilli powder 12:31 PM
and get the tomatoes cooked 12:31 PM
then add (vegetable - okra or something if you want) 12:32 PM
and fry for some more time until okra cooks 12:32 PM
then add puli and more salt and chilli powder adn kozhambu podi 12:32 PM
then after sometime add the cooked chana and let it all boil 12:33 PM
then add rice flour with water
